Please, meet my wee puppy Raya. Raya meaning my little rae of sunshine! She’s actually 7yr old but she could fool us all with her youthful energy and cuteness. Oh, but be careful, she loves all the attention!
Born into a large family of nine children, I consider myself a privileged member of what we lovingly describe as a ‘Big Greek Family.’ Surrounded by the warmth of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties, uncles, parents and grandparents, life is never dull or without a loved one to share its journey.
I’m truly an adventurer at heart! This usually involves some sort of exploration, whether it be experiencing different cultures, traveling, living in a different country, hiking up a mountain to see a view I’ve never seen before, or tracing all over town to find the best cup of liquid gold. I love discovering the world we live in and sharing it alongside those that I love.
When I’m not meeting couples at the altar, I work with individuals with disabilities, teach Pilates classes, and travel around Canberra as a mobile hairdresser.
Then, when work is not on the agenda, you’ll find me immersed in a crazy art project or hobbie, catching up with family, running around town with friends on some creative way to exercise for the week, or vibing at the farmers markets to grab fresh organic goods.
Having been in the wedding industry for a long time, whether it’s creating beautiful bridal hairstyles or providing the atmosphere with sweet tunes in bands as a wedding singer, I love every part of celebrating the unique love of each couple.
